I had plans. There were thoughts I was thinking and there were posts to write.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
And for me like you and everyone else, 2020 happened. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
All around it really was a good Winter into Sprint. I had new roles in areas of my life. They were exciting, they were humbling, they were answers to prayers. But I felt like I was really starting to find my footing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Then in March I was able to participate in a Discipleship Weekend for a community of which Lis and I are a part. A dear friend of mine led the Men\u2019s Weekend I participated in. Then Lisa participated in the Ladies Weekend the very next weekend. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The participants arrived on Thursday night. When they left Sunday night all our worlds had changed – and haven\u2019t been the same since.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Which brings us back. I have looked at this section of ideas, half started, someday\/maybes in Ulysses more than once this past year. I\u2019ve opened the admin page and just kind of stared. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
I will acknowledge here my own personal \u2026 obstacle \u2026 here of having to have everything just right to even start something. I have to have the perfect thing to start with, and five other things ready as well, and then overthink them all at least a couple of times. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
But the time has come. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
It is funny to note. But some of the things I had in Ulysses were already complete posts that I hadn\u2019t added yet because I didn\u2019t have enough of them. Alas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
So with that there are a few \u201cpre-dated\u201d posts I\u2019m adding relative to when they happened. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
But from there I\u2019m really just ready to get this party started. As I pondered before (somewhat long ago now) – I want to write. From last year about this time: \u201cAnd there are a lot of things I want to write about. There are a lot of stories I want to tell. Why not here?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
